The rooms here are super clean and really spacious. the beds are amazingly comfy, and there are smoke detectors for safety. the staff is super friendly, especially the manager – they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of! 🌟

Overall it was new-fashioned and fancy with a balcony. Tea/coffee making equipment, fridges and glassware were provided. The location of the property was magnificent and perfect, out to the lake. Dessert restaurant Beavertails was 200 metres away from the place.

Our hotel was in a stunning location on the waterfront. We dined out at Kibo Sushi, set right by the property. The room was brand-new and had coffee & tea makers, a fridge and glassware. The beds were comfortable, view over lake was magnificent.

Breakfast: The price-performance ratio is not right. 27 dollars without tax for a normal offer is too expensive! . The hotel is a mass business. Every passer-by can enter the individual floors unhindered. The safety of the guests is not guaranteed.

Loved its beautiful and lovely location close to the CN Tower and Toronto ferry to Toronto Islands. - Our room was recently refurbished and well-appointed with a king sized bed and a good view. - the staff was really helpful, and the service was outstanding. - the breakfast was bountiful and the check-in was fast.

Great location - the perfect starting point to explore Toronto and the Islands - ferries depart directly behind the hotel. In addition, friendly staff & beautiful rooms - make sure to book one with a view of the lake!

We booked this hotel mainly because of its location, which is really good, but also has to be paid for. Our room was clean, the bathroom modernized and the beds good. The room as a whole was not stylish, but well kept.
Breakfast was only served at a kind of snack bar, so we preferred the gastronomy in the surroundings.

we were at the restaurant on the 38th floor. The view was beautiful. The food was moderate, the bottle of Pellegrino was served open and tasted of chlorine.
